Complaints
As part of its commitment to the goal of streamlining the private and public sector of Nephrology, as well as defending the rights of its members and our patients, EN.IN. calls on any affected person or any member, patient or other member of the community who perceives any unlawful behavior by natural or legal persons in the field of private and public Health Units, to report such behavior on this complaints platform, for further investigation and legal action by EN.IN.
EN.IN. will not tolerate illegal behaviors and interventions, either by employers or by any third party, that violate the legitimate trade union and professional rights of employees, and especially their participation in EN.IN. and its activities.
According to article 88 of law 4808 (vol. A' 101/ 19.06.2021), employers, persons acting on their behalf and any third party are prohibited from carrying out any act or omission that tends to obstruct the exercise of employees' trade union rights, and in particular:
a) to influence employees to establish or not establish a trade union organization,
b) to impose or impede in any way or means the membership of employees in a certain trade union organization,
c) require employees to declare their participation, non-participation or withdrawal from a trade union organization,
d) to support a certain trade union organization financially or by other means,
e) to intervene in any way in the administration, operation and action of trade union organizations,
f) to treat employees with favor or disfavor, depending on their membership in a certain trade union organization.
