Scientifically responsible for two primary care hospitals?

Is it permissible to appoint a scientifically responsible person to more than two primary health care service providers?
Scientific managers may be appointed to more than two providers
primary health care services, even if these entities fall under the
responsibility of more than one Medical Association.
However, this right should not be exercised abusively and the physical presence of the scientifically responsible person should be ensured in each of the primary health care service providers that he has declared, and for those
times that he has declared.
The audit is carried out by the three-member audit committees of the Medical Associations (article 6 of the Medical Associations Act 3b/G.P./house no. 24948, Government Gazette B' 713/13.03.2012).
How many scientific responsibilities does the law allow for the same doctor?

Is there a maximum number of medical responsibilities that a physician can receive from a Medical Association?
The law does not specify a maximum number of scientific responsibilities that a physician may assume. However, the law states that the scientific manager must be present in person throughout the operation of a primary care unit.
In the event of the absence of the scientific director, he is replaced by his previously designated substitute.
Therefore, the physician in question may assume the role of scientific director in an additional primary health care unit, but this entails his mandatory presence throughout the operating hours of the primary health care unit in which he has assumed the duties of scientific director.
